Can you get a microdermal piercing on the inside of your bottom lip?

I like to think my piercings and tattoos are more for me than anybody else, so I like to get them in fairly discrete places. I was thinking about getting a microdermal on the inside of my bottom lip so it's only shown if I pull my lip down. But I NEEEEED to know if this is at ALL possible. HELP ME?! Please and Thank You!
