How many times can I replace a item with argos insurance?

So I bought these headphones that cost a lot. 7 weeks later they broke and I got a replacement pair. The sound is starting to go so I think the headphones are going to brake soon. I was wondering if I can still replace the replacement ones even though on the insurance receipt it says 'replaced' ?
