Pill and discharge????

My doc just switched my pills from Yasmin to Yaz. I've been on it now for a week and a half and the last couple of days I've noticed an increase in discharge. Could it be the pill or what?? I also have noticed I've gained 4 pounds since switching! I was just wondering if anyone else is taking Yaz, or if you know anything about the pill in general! If you take it, what kind of side effects have you experienced? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
