I going 2 boil chicken broth n usually which part of chicken is the best 2 use?

A chicken either whole or cut up or a package of precut mixed pieces, some folks only juse the . Cover the chicken in cold water in a big pot, bring to a boil, skim off the foamy stuff, then add salt pepper, garlic powder, 2 chicken boullion cubes, onion, 1 teaspoon of sugar, turn med low, cover with lid 3/4 off, simmer for 50 min to an hour, till fork tender. Let the chicken cool in the broth in fron of the fan, it gives the broth a richer flavor like that! Use broth for dumplings, of noodles or soup.
