I want to get to know someone new...a guy in particular can any one help me?

I am 16 and i live in south milwaukee and i want to meet someone new a guy inparticular and i would like to get to know him and may be take things to a higer level but i dont meet any guys my type...I like goth or puck rockers, even emos (HOT) i just want to meet someone and get to know them and hopefully like them and they like me... I am lonely and well i hope someone can help me...
