Dealing with x wife any suggestions. can she get rights taken away for not calling when took him to dr?

i have 5 kids and honey has 1. x very controlling. we treat kids all same. its like she wants me to be partial to mine and not really be a good stepmom like she says she wants. she is very calculating. i don't have time for this but i dont want my husband not to be able to see his kid.
