Has anyone had a hysterectomy (uterus and ovaries removed) and not taken hrt after?

Radical hyst including cervix @ age 27. No HRT, still. Weight gain and bone pain seems to the most annoying of the post-hyst symptoms, but I also notice subtle things like the texture of my hair has changed, my vision has worsened (I wear gles anyway), memory sometimes gets shaky and I have zero patience for anything or anyone anymore. I would definitely talk to your doc about plant-based or natural options, rather than the synthetic ones that have such potential risks. I do take calcium but am worried about having gone 10 years now w/out any HRT...do talk to your doc about options, as I wish I had pressed harder to find something else for me. Good luck and be well.
