go to forever 21 i work there and the new trends r sailor, floral skirts there are also some cheap bright skirts with a zipper on the back its 14.80 and so cute with the floral tanks tucked in dont go to hollister or abercrombie the clothes there r way to expensive plus they r really trashy and are not fashion forward
