Omfg I think i have hemroids!?

I went to apple beas last night. Got the nacho plater. Decided to try acouple hot peppers on the chips. BAD IDEA! about 20 mins later I had to run to the bath room! Worst in a long time. Some point it felt like just water coming out. Words can not describe how bad. Anyway I go to whipe and after the 1st or 2nd whipe I notice a Bright blood spot.. I'M ONLY 19!!!! HOW CAN I HAVE hemroids ALREADY!!! I wasnt planning on getting this till i was 50 or so!!!! I DONT WANNA have to wear pads in my underwear the rest of my life!!
