Should i ask him out??/ Does he like me plz answer?

okay so theres this guy and hes going into 9th grade but im going into 7th. okay i think he likes me b/c we were at a pool party with his best friends & my best friends and just other cool people (boys and girls) Ya so we were swimmming but like he was always hanging out with me (dont get me wrong i liked it lol) &stuff and like we were playing this tackle game in the pool & he would always tackle (noy in a perverted way)me no other girl. & then 1 time he picked me up ( firemen style/craddle if you know what i mean) & carried me out of the pool and then threw me in. & then at like almost midnight we were sitting on a swing together with his friend. & i said i was cold so he shared the blanket he was using : ) & the he like got relly close to me :) and then he asked me if i could spend the night with him & his friend if his dad &mom said it was okay & i said sure that i would luv that but when he asked his parents said that we were to young 2 hav a girl/boy sleepover so thts wat hppnd
