Why do Republicans hate the concept of sacrifice?

Genius. I couldn't agree more. Taxes must pay for the war. Remember WWII? We gave up sugar, aluminum, silk hose, nylons, and bought war bonds, along with a raise in taxes. Nothing wrong with sacrifice.
