Xbox Freezing, anyone help me?

Well, I have downloaded X-men origins to my hard drive but i think its not the problem for freezing because I saved it weeks ago but the problem started to happen recently. Yesterday it was working but the day before it, it was not working and again today it is not working. I checked my console and it gets hot quickly, like in 1-2 mins. It was freeze on Fifa once but when I started to play Midnight L.S afterwards, it didnt freeze so I tought everthing is fine but today when I tried to play Tekken 6, it froze though I played Tekken 6 on it before but before playing tekken I tried to play Fifa which in return freeze the screen.
