If you know a lot about cars (especially infiniti m45's) open this?

I agree. An M45 answers YES to all the stuff you asked except for a 16 year old. They're more of an old man retired yuppy car if you ask me. If you have that kind of cash and are into Infinitis check out the G35 sedan. They also SUCK on gas and REQUIRE premium fuel. Gas prices are low now, but you'll be sorry someday...
