What's you feeding schedule with your 7 month old baby?

i was wondering the type of feeding schedules other parents have with their children..i have a 7 mth old son he goes to bed around 8 and wakes up at 8 in the morning including a nap from about 1 till 4pm (give or take a little) he is on actual food now along with his formula and i want to get him on a routine of eating 3 meals a day breakfast,lunch,dinner but its hard because i also want him to drink his formula because it has the most nutrients in it for him right now but he gets full off the food. if you r a parent with a pretty much same sleeping routine as me can you tell me what you do with the feedings? thx
